Customer Services Assistant - London SE1

Job Title: Customer Services Assistant

Job Purpose

Working as part of a small team in a busy Customer Service Department the job holder will assist with answering the telephone, processing enquiries from clients, gathering information from suppliers & entering data into our in-house systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with both internal and external clients.
  • Supporting the Supervisor to deal with client queries and requests.
  • Liaising with suppliers to complete the electronic audit trail of information.
  • Quality control of shipment information entered into Company computer system.
  • Filing and archiving of all relevant paperwork, and maintaining the archive records.

Hours

The department is operational between 07:00 & 22:00 Monday to Friday & staff work 9 hour shifts between these hours. It is envisaged that initially the jobholder will work 09:00 to 18:00 but would be required to operate a flexible shift pattern once a period of training is completed.
