Available via this web site TWC operates a fully computerised system, which downloads bookings direct from clients who operate an implant or via our customer service operatives who take bookings on line. From the moment a shipment is booked it is monitored until a proof of delivery is received.

All contacts with overseas offices, the sender or the consignee are tracked under the consignment number on the system.

TWC administer post flight checks to insure that shipments have travelled on the designated flight thus enabling us to make swift alternative arrangements in the event of a problem.
